Ken is really amazingly creative...in fact he is a genius to think of his music and d culture he wants to explore. he is a boy who hails from d sleepy towm Lakewood, Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur. As a young boy he went to church and sung wd his churvhmate and relatives.. he left his province wd 1500 and a halfsack of rice to try his luck in d city..the only hope he had was his raw and raspy voice and love of dancing but his enguinity in art and cukture came out when ge decided to go solo and explore his genre and it's indeed a bombshell. he did it smazingly ..and because he has a kegit visuals. .so guapo wd acquiline nose, tantalizing eyes and kissable lips wd moreno skin color..He becane one of d most handsome Filipino ever. He is so blessed..His rise is so fast..becoming d first Pinoy to be featuredbin d grammys..We must be proud of him.. From interviews I saw of Ken, he pronounces his real name Felip as “Philip” instead of “Feh-lip”. Also, I love how he made the MV about our pre-colonial past and ancient mythology. A lot of the info from Philippine mythology was erased or destroyed when we were colonized by Spain, so this is Felip’s interpretation of the moon god Bulan and his twin sister Haliya. It also features the moon-eating sea serpent Bakunawa who tries to swallow Bulan in the MV. If you wanna see a more detailed mini story of the mythology of Bulan, I suggest checking Casual Chucks recent video on it for Felip’s comeback. It’s really interesting.

Versitile, yes thats Felip! He is using the myth about Bulan, Haliya and Bakunawa as methapor that says don't let anyone take away the light from you.
