I think it’s from a skz-talker episode but I’m not sure which one exactly but on Changbin’s Shirt (the member being hugged) there is a green little lettering and I think it says "Maniac" but I’m not sure. My point is, that lettering saying Maniac would be a reason to believe that this clip is from a talker episode from the ODDINARY era thus the title track Maniac. i think its a bromance. From my experience, usually romantic experiences make one of the people nervous and jealous around the other. For instance, changlix and hyunin seem very close and never seem jealous around each other. for this reason ( please dont hate ) i think hyunlix is more likely because there are many jealous instances and sometimes they seem nervous around each other and the staff.
