I'm always in awe of anyone able to play this incredibly complex instrument. Especially this well. In all honesty, I'd love to try to play it myself... But I have a suspicion that with my skills parts of the organ would achieve orbit while anyone in a 20km radius will be deaf after. Excellent performance Szymon, per the chance you read this.

Never ever too late to learn! Yes it is a complex instrument but you have an abundance of pieces you can choose from. If you have some knowledge of the piano ..perhaps to grade 5/6 then there is no reason why you can’t take up the organ!

This is not an "antique" organ, (though holy in its use, yes). It was built in 1987 by the German Eule company. Also, this is not a mere "auditorium" - it's the Archcathedral of all Poland!

I like very much all organ works by Mendelssohn, specially this sonata, that I studied many years ago. In 2005 one of my friends asked me to play at his wedding, including the second movement for the rings blessing (is it correct to say?).
