Warren won't give it a second thought, he's killed multiple people without a second thought & he did a similar thing were he previously teamed up with Brendan to murder Danny. Brendan did the killing & both of them disposed of the body. It's possible they may not kill him, they may go about some other form of payback, but Warren wouldn't think twice about killing him if it came down to it that's for sure.
