This is quite an interesting piece of Felix the cat related media, at least for me anyway since I’m still a relatively new fan, although I will admit that there are a number of problems I have with this, mostly the writing, it’s awkward in a lot of places and the morals are generic and too on the nose for me. Obviously this was meant for very young children and it’s pretty inoffensive, so the writing isn’t worth getting upset over or anything like that. It was a bit of a surprise seeing Inky and Winky so prominently featured here, since they only seem to appear in the comics and not many cartoons, though this technically is a comic. Also they’re voiced by actual kids so that’s pretty cool. Again, I am still somewhat new to being a Felix fan. I learned the history from other videos on KZbin, I’ve seen a number of the old silent films, I watched the Van Beuren cartoons and liked them a lot, and I love Twisted Tales, but I just haven’t found the definitive version of Felix. I hope someday soon I find what I’m looking for, an adaptation that features elements from all pieces of previous media.Truthfully I don’t even know why I’m so drawn to these characters considering how little I know about them. Maybe their designs are just that appealing?

Welcome to the Felix fandom! It’s small but we have a very dedicated fan base. Yeah this game is an interesting one. There was literally no video footage of it prior to my uploads and one recently found CD-i rom of it meaning this must’ve sold poorly or was not as well remembered. Honestly the silent films and Twisted Tales are the best things to ever come out of Felix. Twisted Tales does a great job combining both the silent films and the 50s cartoon into a wacky 90s cartoon. There’s a rumor going around that WildBrain and Dreamworks are working on a Felix reboot but no direct news have been said yet. Although a comic series is in production. Still impressive that after 100 years they’re STILL making content for this feline. He’s not as big as when he started out but he’s still as loved by many as he was back then. Great to finally see some footage of this! I enjoyed this PC game as a kid. LOL at "Yeah, sure! And I bet you know where Elvis Presley lives, too!" Heh, I like how you painted those two guys with dark blue skin (and one in a matching blue outfit) in the lemonade coloring story! I'd often give them dark brown skin, since I had quite a few African-American classmates in elementary school and thought I'd show a little diversity. With the "Transdimensional Trouble" story, when I'd play that story in the mode where I do the voices except Felix, at the news program at 1:27:52, rather than read Tammy's dialogue I'd instead imitate Kermit the Frog of Sesame Street News and say, "Uh, hi-ho, Kermit the Frog here, and a giant ball is eating everything in sight! Are you paying attention, Felix? ...Felix?!" (I was eight years old then, so my Kermit impression wasn't the best at the time. :P )
