No, CDCR is not implementing any changes to new statues or laws. The 1170(d) resentencing program is an absolute joke. All these laws that have been signed into law by Gov.Newsom is a complete joke these judges will only resentence if it's within their interest and not the public's interest. Your best bet is to save your money and combat against this unfair so called justice system, the D.As say that they fight for the people, but in reality they fight to oppress and impress their records

@@deseanjohnson3643 yup, look up the Michael James Tyree murder case from Santa Clara county, only appeal of this kind that I've ever seen granted, even though it didn't meet any of the required guidelines at all, the still use it as an excuse to let the guards go
