I am 23...I have been playing for about 6 yrs (on and off). I just recently was blessed with a kit...but before I got it and now that I am at school and can't use I just use my bed or books or something. Just got to improvise and make due with what I have at the present moment.

I really enjoy seeing young girls and young women doig something for the Lord, giving their time to God and not man. They have their bodies covered and they not out on ig fb or snapchat showing their bodies off twerkin....I definitely applaud these young ladies for doing what God has for them and actually having the heart,mind, spirit, and the encouragement to pursue God go ahead ladies praise Him and keep blessing God in the way He designed just for you. I too am a female drummer and I just love the beats and the control of it all. I want to purchase my own set. Not a lot of people know that I play. It shocks them when I sit behind them and play. All they know of me is singing but not the drummer. I am not sure when I picked it up. Just always loved the drum.

Man people can say what they want but the girls are tight like that. I am a fellow female drummer myself. One cat talking about they show no musicianship. Who says you have to play in a band or in a line to have that. It's about playing with a passion. Besides this is how we do it the church!!!!!!!! We get crazy with it! Keep up the good work ladies!
