Even if you’ve never found a soul aligned female friendship yet, it doesn’t mean it’s not out there waiting for you to receive it! Your dream best friend is walking the earth right now!! Go to the places where you would find her. Pilates, art/craft class, coworking office, dance class, church! We laughed, we share stories, it didn’t feel that we haven’t seen in so long. We all felt great afterwards. Does this woman have a passion for inner work and does she have a growth mindset? (Avoid a woman who gossips) 4. They are honest and authentic. (It shows she has self respect and respect for others) 5. They celebrate and cherish you. Bonus tips and boundaries:- 1. How do you feel when you leave the presence of that woman? 2. I found it really hard to find a real friend relationship. When girls together sometimes they can be gossip jealous and competitive. Trusting female friends are way more difficult for me as I have had narcissists in my life and also a covert narc best friend. So its really hard to interpret friendships and people now, whether they are authentic and whether they will just copy you and pull you down?

Hi ladies! Do you talk to your friends on a daily or almost daily basis? Is this too much to ask? I've had a friend since July and she's a nice girl, but she started acting nonchalant and responds to my messages after 5 days or so. If she needs to vent about her boyfriend or her job, she always makes time for it, but she never takes the time to respond to what I text her on time. And I don't really like discussing a topic I brought up 5 days ago. Today she said she prefers face-to-face meetings over texting, but before she moved in with her toxic boyfriend, that never happened, we texted each other every day. I feel like this friendship became one sided. Is it okay if we only see each other but don't text back? Or then it's not really a friendship?
