Y'all do a great job of enforcing laws and safety I watched lone Star law on TV all the time I live in Metairie Louisiana we have the same programs down here glad to have it thank you all for your service it is so much appreciated especially the safety part of children and a drinking of alcohol in a vessel

Here in Puget Sound Washington we got pulled over 4 times by 4 entities within an hour. Each time we all had to pull our gear up. Bad day for Salmon fishing.

Forgot to add friend lost all his gear to a Grey Whale that was dragging a bunch of crab traps with him. We reported the poor whale to Fish And Game Ive seen a lot Grey Whales in my life. Had one come up and blow about 10-15' in front of me fishing on a pier.

It is a federal right granted you in the constitution NO AGENCY OR PART OF GOVT in the US has the ability to undo it. People need to learn their rights given to them by the US Constitution. The only way any rights can be suspended or stopped is if the President declares a federal emergency through FEMA and Martial law is declared. You don't have to believe me call a Constitution lawyer, they'll tell you the same thing.

is it against the law to carry a firearm on the boat? no. but... an armed NORMAL citizen is enough to give ANY authority power hungry officer from anywhere a red flag and result in them harassing such citizen. Got a message for all the Officers in this Country. Females can do any job that a man can. You will have people in the world who try to say we aren’t good enough, but we are! I’m the first female firefighter in my town. And I’ve only been a firefighter for about a year and a half now. Was there people who said that I’d never be good enough cause I am a female? Well of course!! Did I prove them wrong?! As a military retiree I can say woman can do most jobs a man can, but some they couldnt, only because of the strength required. Men are naturally stronger. As far as brain power most women handled that better.

Water safety checks................talk about ruining a good fishing day when these guys want to roll up on you 3 times in the same day......different wardens......Well wasted fishing day. Just a reason to stop you for no reason. ....90% of the time Give you tickets to generate revenue.....keep the system running. Oh and Game Wardens....have no sense of humor. this female warden RARE. D Smittey been there. Coast Guard twice in a day and a conservation officer. The conservation officers are all really cool but the coast guard sucks. Everytime I have been stopped by the Hooligan Navy they have blue lights flashing like I've done something wrong and they have this curt, rude mannerism. I've never got a ticket or citation AND I always get my boat USCGAUX inspection done and display my sticker and I still get harassed.
