Really exited for this new series! And great to see you trying to tackle a female prison. I like the added element of the mommy prisoners though i still feel they really shouldn't be randomized like they are in the game right now, but since they are here are some tips i hope you can use from my own gameplay. - Max sec prisoners never have babies with them so choosing them means no family cells will get occupied. - I think from previous series you are of the mindset that snitches get stitches so no protective custody area, but if you make the family cells and nursery protective custody any mommy prisoner that arrives will get the exclamation mark for no free cell, keeping track of how many arrive by manually making them protective custody. Another added benefit is snitches can go into the protective custody zone if you change the cell to a regular one (they just have a crib in there for no reason). When you run out of space for the moms you can boot a snitch back into the regular cellblocks. Since its so random how many moms you get this at least improves functionality a bit when dealing with protective cell occupation. Oh one last thing, if the central building block was just one tile larger to the north/south the regular cellblocks would fit 8 cells vertically perfectly :)

Interesting looking prison, shame the catdog dog-cats had to be retired. Definitely think the Max-Sec would be better kept for an extension given the smaller area but need to keep them and Protective Custody ones in mind before the death count gets too high.

Well with the family cells have to be a bit bigger cause you have to fit a bed, crib, toilet and some other things to. What I do is all of those items plus a shower head, dresser, small tv, a sofa chair, and a radio. Well I hope this gives you an idea of what all you will possibly need for the family cells to pass

Is there a reason why it wouldn't be better to further reduce the family cells to 6 per block until you have the space to expand so that there is a better ratio of normal to family cells? I've not seen a female prison before so genuinely not sure if there is a reason like needing the space in the middle or something?

21 minutes in, maybe you could fix the cell issue by making the cell door open to the outside instead of a hallway? although it could cause issues that im currently not thinking about. it could cause an issue of, if a prisoner breaks out of their cell, theyd have less walls to need to go through, but the risk could be mitigated by getting low sec prisoners, and setting those cells as low sec only
