I am a bit sad that it’s a bit ahead of my time, so I couldn’t experience it as a “new” game. The most emotional I’ve felt playing a game was leaving the hotel and hearing Edwards theme play. Man, that poor sob hunter got utterly violated! Don't get me wrong, this was pretty well written and the narration was amazingly stupendous, plus it's probably a lot more titillating for people with certain fetishes (no judgment, nothing wrong with a little kink or two), but to me this tale was definitely more harrowing than gratuitous. Sure, both parties were exploiting the other in one way or another, but my man just wanted to protect people form those preying on them (who apparently are perfectly capable of surviving on animal blood), and not even his dignity was left intact in the end. Not trying to do some dumb moral grandstanding or delegimitize listeners that had interpretend this as the two growing together, I did like this a lot, my interpretation was just a little more grim than perhaps that of others. Gotta say though, while there used to be a time when I didn't think all that much about ASMR stuff, but I really enjoy how much the narrative side of it has evolved throughout the years. Reminds me of the good ol' days when I used to think all creepypasta was just bottom tier Jeff the Killer\cursed Nintendo cartridge\lost cartoon episode stuff, only to later realite there's tons of actually fantastic scary stories within them (like Tulpa, Midnight Train, Sounding of The Fifth Trumpet, Penpals or Strangers, just to name a few). Long story short, thank you for being my entry point to actual quality ASMR narration! Goes to show you can never really count out a genre or medium.

One of the reasons I was drawn to Dibokucres scripts is exactly that - he does not shy away from story and character driven stuff, even where the characters are not "good" people. It's very meaty and fun to perform as a VA. I do a variety of stuff just to try out different things and challenge myself, but I've always been driven to the story side the most as I'd like to one day narrate full audiobooks, that's my dream 🤗💚

​@@VentureVA Yeah, a competent writer can really spice up their characters with some ambivalence, not to mention how well it goes with the dualistic nature of vampires themselves. This very story also was a great example of making the listener feel that sweet spot of stimulation and disturbedness that gets the noggin going, weaving further the threads of the story's world and maybe even learning something about oneself in the process. Wish you the best with your endeavors, I'd love to listen to you doing audiobooks. Ten Bond, another great YT narrator that had introducted me to quality creepypastas, used to have an outstanding reading of "Those Who Walk Away From Omelas" (sadly it god copyright struck), I think something like that would fit your style wonderfully.
