I don’t understand what she was doing though. She didn’t chose to do the freestyle, then she freestyles during the fucking cypher. The whole point of the cypher was to see an artists’s adaptability and whether they had the skills to ride a potentially unfamiliar beat, whereas she just went against the whole point of the freestyle to cut the fucking beat off. I think what she delivered was great, but she should have done that in a freestyle and shown she can ride a beat too as this woulda made her come off much stronger.
