Hi I am quite new with FEMAP, as you said FEMAP is unit less so how can I know that the force apply is in Newton?

There is an option where you select the unit system: SI or English and from there on it automatically implements the units. You just need to remember the base units when you enter something. Like for example it will take pressure as Pascals, so don't accidentally assume kilo Pascals and enter atmospheric pressure as 101 instead of 101000.
