Hi Chloe!! Hey, so be sure not to overuse/prophylactically use products like Neosporin/Polysporin…And you and anyone can look this up, but I’m a pharmacist (Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist) and it’s not recommended to use it if there’s no active infection. You run the risk of bacteria resistance and that’s never good…for example, that’s the reason they removed triclosan from products OTC (toothpaste and soaps) because of high bacteria resistance that was being seen. If you’re just looking for a base to mix with the vitamin E oil, you could try plain petroleum jelly. Desitin ointment is fine too, probably the best alternative to your current regimen because of the zinc oxide 🙂🫶🏾 I love your videos, you are a gem! Keep doing what you’re doing!

the way she came in clutch with showing us baby dove! ever since she showed us that product, i have no odor downstairs. it doesn’t irritate me at all! i used to use irish spring downstairs because that’ll all my parents bought and i never knew why i was so irritated and it was the soap i was using. baby dove is a life saver ❤️

Cora is my favorite menstrual cycle brand!! They don’t have titanium dioxide in them either. I used to get super irritated from my tampons even using the “pure cotton” ones. After switching I haven’t had any problems!

I have been telling women especially sexually active women. They should add taking a bath to their hygiene regimen. I smell great after taking a bath/shower. Yes, I take them both a few times a week. I know my body and soaking my skin to wash off multiple oils/lotions from earlier in the day. It feels great and I sleep like a baby after a hot shower.

So dunk our cookie in a milk bath once a week. Got it 👍😅 Take a nice cleansing shower then take a bath. If you're super stressed, add aromatherapy and turn over onto your stomach and your stress will melt away in seconds!!! Especially if your chest is tight or heavy. ❤️ you all and God bless.
