I love the way she moves. Lori knows she is the prize. Men are very visual so how you present yourself is how they size you up and determine what they think you deserve. They will give you what they see you accepting in other aspects in your life. If you are a doormat or pushover, or accept stress as normal, that’s what he will give you. If you set the standard that you deserve the finer things in life, he will give you that or fall back. Yes Lori had no business dating Diddy, Trey Songz, Future but she needs to find out what type of man is truly compatible for her. As for Michael B Jordan , Lori appears to be the first black woman he has been publicly linked to. I cannot conclude it’s because he really does not want a black woman or this is for publicly. He has already achieved significant success before dating black. Maybe he’s done playing and wants a wife. The other day Lori Marjorie and Michael’s mom were photographed going out together. So who knows. I hope his and her motives are sincere no matter the reason. Lori is under 25 she will make mistakes with men because she’s still seeking what will work for her. Another good thing is she wastes no time, she moves on quickly, no public bashing or weird/bashing social media posts about the man. That’s how we need to be when we discover his true intent or that he’s not a good fit. Move on do not hang hoping it will get better. The best way to accomplish that is by keeping the cookie jar shut.

I'm so nitpicky about how online content is produced but this video package was really well-done. I was raised similarly in the U.S. by Caribbean parents who stressed being ladylike at all times, education, high standards, etc., so it breaks my heart realizing that some of us as Black women aren't just naturally given these tools at home. Never too late, though, to cultivate that aspect of your womanhood. You can be feminine, smart and strong all at once.
