You have to talk to your family about what is acceptable about doing sexual things and sex work. like in my family if someone is an adult and wants to do that by themselves and no one force them even my dad and my mom cannot do anything about it but if anyone in my family doing or sell naked pictures and work as sex workers will kick out from the family. japanese girls or boys have to understand that doing sex work and sexual things has a price to pay like are your parents and your family okay with that? If they are not okay they may kick you out from the family, do you want to get married or not? if your answer is No you just deal with your family, if your answer is yes are japanese girls or boys okay with that? or does someone you like want to marry a girl or a boy who works as sex workers?
