As a female Rush fan since the summer of '75, I am appreciative of the wonderful medley of my favorite band. The final 2 times I was able to see Rush was in 2012 and 2013. The violins and cello reminds me of the Clockwork Angels Ensemble. Ty

Of course Rush fans have always been front row in their legendary support of Canada's greatest band but now others can also see the true genius of their talent. Thank you all for bringing this JOY to all who love Rush and others who want to know more of them. You all have great talent and I love that use your skills to enrich all our lives. RUSH ROCKS!!!!!

This sounds fantastic. As a huge Rush fan, I applaud you all. I have to say, the 3 chicks on the bottom row are not nearly as easy on the eyes.
@OzyMandias133 жыл бұрын
@@scottshelleyhodgson2812 Bruh, it's a joke. The three on the bottom are men. It is true, Rush fans are not known for their objectification of women but they ARE known for having a sense of humor.
@OzyMandias133 жыл бұрын
@@scottshelleyhodgson2812 I appreciate you noticing that I took the trouble to adopt the tone of someone who WOULD make such a comment in earnest. It really sells the joke. For someone to be so hung up on looks, on women's looks in particular, and not be able to differentiate that the three individuals that he was singling out where in fact men. There's nothing like deep analysis and thorough explanation to really help a joke land...
@OzyMandias133 жыл бұрын
@@scottshelleyhodgson2812 You either don't know the meaning of satire or you refuse to acknowledge it. Either way, I have no use for you past the point of polite discourse when you are obviously bent on some type of misguided virtue signaling. I guess I need to fall back on the fact that I got "a like" from the channel that you are so eager to speak for. They got it. You don't. I didn't leave it on your channel so only one opinion really matters to me. I've been listening to Rush for 33 years. Don't presume to tell me what you ASSUME they do and do not stand for. Good day.

The one thing that first made Rush stand out above all other bands was how tight they were. I always figured that’s why they kept it to three guys. It’s difficult enough for three guys to play their songs and stay so tight, with all of the sudden starts and stops in their music. Doing their songs with seven musicians and still keeping it that tight is an accomplishment of epic proportions. Major props to all of these incredible musicians and, of course, also to the great Brody, the singer who can sound like every great singer from rock’s greatest eras of music.
