Ordered this grinder, thanks for your perspective on friction. I agree, that and repeatability is underrated

Love your approach, life needs less friction entirely! And there are so many good options available these days that there's no need to get too granular - get the one you like. Subbed and hope you do well!

I recently moved from DF64 v1 to WPM ZP-1 and totally agree with your point re reducing friction and I noticed remarkable improvement in consistency. Cleaning the ZP-1 is now a ritual how easy it is!. In my experience I tried supporting local roasters and despite paying very good money, unfortunately the quality is not as good as my own roasts on the Kaffelogic. The brick was a deal breaker for me with this grinder, otherwise the burrs and overall quality is top notch. Thanks for the video.

I had the DF64 v1 for a small moment and there were just a few too many annoyances to be satisfied with it. The ZP-1 looks like a solid option now!

Thanks for the kind words. The build of the A4Z is just as nice, and from what I’ve heard of the ZP6 sounds like a great combo. Portable too.
