Both are great sound, but CD 60SCE sound warm and cleary natural, and FA125CE sound little more Bright and cleary too.

The 60 is warmer i bet its morr expensive because of that. Saying that though as new guitars bed in over time they do sound better. Are therr shims under the pickup to raise the action. Im thinking the action could be lowered from factory, maybe put a real bone nut in and some lighter gauge strings, Possibly some fret work and check the truss rod, Some locking machine heads?. Most of this can be done very cheaply but the machine heads if one did all this work though they would definitely have a mid to top level guitar without the price tag.
