I prefer the black strat personally, I just generally prefer black guitars over white ones.. But this one is obviously rarer hahaha. And that’s great! Wish I could see them live someday

@@batzz3177 For sure man. Also I know the picks ups and everything is essentially the same, but have you noticed a tone difference between the maple neck and the rosewood? Form the white and black strat.

@@ernestmiramontes5807 personally no. But it definitely feels different playin wise. But if we talking sound and tone I personally can’t hear a diff. But sound is subjective to individual haha. Maybe someone else hears a diff

I have two black Jim root Strats, One with the ebony neck and one with a USA maple neck. I want the Jim Root maple neck so bad. I can't find one anywhere. It is driving me nuts.

Yeah man! These are awesome! Only way is to keep looking every now and then. It’s getting rarer and people are not listing em everywhere. But every now and then one will show up. I got lucky and found one. My advise is keep looking eBay and reverb every day like I did haha

did you get a certificate of authenticity? i did'nt get it BTW. mine was made 2016. and i didnt get any certificate of authenticity that looks like in ola englund video. i just got a small paper that said that my fender is genuine

Fender only started giving those small certificate of authenticity you see on USA made Fenders recently. I think 2017. Before 2017, only Custom shops and some special models have them

@@clipperofwings I look up reverb everyday. But I actually ended up finding it on some Thailand listing page. Contacted the dude via email and he sent me pics and all. I had the serial number verified with fender and once all is good I bought it haha

I THOUGHT it was a relic...should NOT have THAT many paint chips...still a nice guitar

It’s a players grade. The previous owner probably played it a lot that’s why. But it’s overall in good condition! I’m happy with it! :)

@@batzz3177 listen brother...I've been playing for 30 years and the ONLY time I get nicks and dings like that is IF I drop it or bump into something else that's hard...AND ABSOLUTELY YES it is a nice guitar ....I have an ESP 2011 that has a small tiny paint chip ding near the input jack.....don't know the other dude or his habits....enjoy and take care .....I get my white Jim Root Charvel tomorrow..... #stoked

@@isMike999 the wood isn’t damaged at all. It’s paint chipping so at least the wood isn’t dented haha. That’s cool! I pre ordered both Jim Root charvels but sadly my side of the globe will have to wait a little longer. Let me know what You think of the charvels
