Fender Squier Sonic Mustang First Impressions

Well, this is the 10th guitar in my collection now and the 10th guitar that I have purchased in 2023! I do believe I have lost my mind but for $159 I could not resist to try this Squier Sonic Mustang from Guitar Center. I mean, after all, I have 45 days to take it back if I don’t like it, but I can tell you right now I will probably keep it for a long while because it seems to be in great shape and plays well right out of the box. Other than some fine-tuning on the intonation, fret polishing and a little bit of fretboard oil I think this will be a really fun guitar to play around with. It has a short 24 inch scale length neck, two single cool, pick ups, a laurel fretboard, a six saddle, hard, tail bridge, chrome, plated, hardware, and let’s face it… It looks freaking awesome! This particular model is in graffiti yellow with a black pick guard and remind me of bumblebee from the Transformers movies!
