I haven't tried the B1X FOUR, but it looks like it's the latest successor to the first pedal I ever owned, the Zoom 708 II Bass. This pedal helped me better understand the sound and feel of a variety of effects, and its built-in drum machine and looper made it a valuable practice tool. I imagine you'd have a similar experience with the B1X FOUR. All my best to you and your new bass journey. :)

I like the design of these fender pedals, but this just doesn't do it to me. Compared to sansamp, darkglass and even some boss models, it just sounds so muffled in all the demos I've heard so far
