Is that the Comp with the two Pos Switch ? What make Brush is it , a Two Stage What make Paint you use ?

i just got this exact unit from Amazon. Used it for some leather paint and sealant. The first time using it for approximately 45 minutes it got VERY hot. I thought it had a cooling fan, I took off the plastic grille where the start/ stop switch is and there is no fan. I've emailed the supplier to ask for advice. I think I'll be returning it as I don't think it will last getting that hot. I suppose the lesson is, that you get what you pay for. Hope this helps someone. Good video mate.

My first airbrush compressor i got was the same as yours but without a tank, they are mass produced in china and rebadged under various brand names/models mine was actually using the water trap as a mini tank :O that thing got so hot you could cook on it, i upgraded to one with a tank and dual heads it gets warm to the touch but not hot. On yours i would consider opening the head and checking lubrication, the seal and check for any area rubbing causing friction/heat.

Junk kept over heating bought a hyundi never looked back

I also found it overheats way too fast for my needs. Within 30 mins to an hour of airbrushing. I'm going to try changing up to a hyundai. See if I can get better usage times.
