thank you , the captain is here: cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/captain-yugeshsandhi and the other one is : cults3d.com/en/3d-printing/umarell-skann I printed them at around 35mm height to match the scale of the tugboat(it's said that it's 1/72th scale, but I think it's roughly about 1/50th scale if the origin model was damen stan tug 1205

Thanks for the quick reply, I had assumed that the crew you used were about 1/48 scale, and they do look to be a proportionally correct match to the bridge dimension and ladders, at about 20mm high 1/72 figures look tiny.
