Sitting on a favourable direction is just one of the formula, different masters will utilize different formula, I use a combination as explained in the 3 videos for this series.

Hi Janet, I have 2 wealth area in my home. Main floor (SE)is de living room, and on the first floor (SE) is my bathroom. A read it, that was a very bad place for the wealth area. that money flow’s away, and that it exactly what I experience. And I have also a toilet in the Centre of the house. What can I do? My Kua is 8 , my bf is 3. Thanks

I think having a bathroom in the SE isn't that bad..u can do fengshui cures to control the negative effects.. u do have water in the bathroom which is a good element for SE. I would advice using green and blue colors in the bathroom and using a lot of live plants. And also make sure u keep the toilet seat closed all the time when not using it.

Yes, if there's an extended covered patio, it's considered part of NW.

Hi Janet, thank you for sharing the basics! Sorry if this is a silly question or if I missed it in your video, but am a little confused about the direction to face. Here in the US the non-corner apartment units often have a similar layout, where the entrance of the unit faces a certain direction, and the windows and balcony face the opposite. When you refer to the favorable direction, should it be the door or the window side?

There is no standard best roof colour as it depends on the facing of your home. However, it is true that roofs should not be black, grey or blue as it represents water above our head.
