I remember getting high when this song first came out and realising what half-moon bag meant. I know its probably pretty obvious but I think describing the bags under your eyes as half-moon bags, and being able to store the whole world in them is such a good metaphor. Love from the UK!

You might be tired from going out into the world and doing things, not always just getting an early night. Hence, you can fit the world in the half moon (the shape of) bags, under your eyes.
