how did you do the ramp up / ramp down with button 6 on the handheld? i'm trying to do that for mine for the federal Q siren but i can't figure it out. thanks!

You have to set that button to a momentary button. See feniex instructions for how to do that.

@@waterlostic5256 I believe you need to set it to manual mechanical coast (there are 2 types of manual mechanical tones, one is manual stop, which stops soon as you let go of the button, other is manual coast, which continues to coast after you let off the button)

Where do you install the speaker? I installed mine by the shutter assembly inside the grille and it’s triggering the check engine light on. Any idea where I can re-mount it on a 2018 Silverado?

You have to make sure to leave enough clearance for the shutters to operate properly, as well as enough clearance from the radiator so that it won't puncture it. On the silverado, I believe the best spot that will achieve maximum loudness is by mounting it to the upper right portion of the radiator assembly frame, with the bolts facing up and the speaker below the frame. Obviously mount it securely and with caution.
