Should be wolf of vengeance or retribution, not chaos. The tale of Fenrir is about vengeance, not necessarily destruction. He wanted to get even with the gods for their treachery.

Not with his attitude. All he wanted to do was bite everyone in sight literally right after being created. 5 years later he turned into a wolf of pure chaos. Would likely of eaten Ares the first time he saw him.

this poor wolf's crime? being the son of loki, and growing huge who in turn became the victim of a prophecy told in such a way by it's seer as to bring it about, and sadly odin fell for it, and now arguably Asguard's mightiest warrior in the form of a giant wolf will now be their undoing and bring about Ragnarök. also there are 6 named wolves in the saga's of Asguard. 3 "good" and 3 "agents of chaos" the 3 "good" wolves Garm = Wolf of the underworld Garidan of hell (the goddess) Geri and Freki = the wolves of odin who team up with his Ravens to lead hunts and find wisdom and knowledge, they were also charged with teaching mankind while they were on mudguard wth odin. The 3 wolves of chaos Heti and Skoll = the suns of Frenrir doomed to forever hunt the sun and moon until Ragnarok where they complete their hunts killing all light and then get eaten by their serpent brother who devours them and what is left of the moon. Fenrir = The son of loki, the king of wolves and known as the mad wolf. a creature tricked into being chained, and when he brakes those chains the events of ragnarok will unfold.
