@elexis37282 жыл бұрын
Hang in there Steve! Life can be so tough at times but I guarantee you it is showing you signs that there’s more to it than just this. When we are depressed it’s very easy to make the decision to do something that could negatively affect the rest of our life…if we let it. I have actually been an IV addict as well. I had a car accident in 1999 at 19 years old and I haven’t been able to walk since then because when I broke my neck it damaged my spinal cord and paralyzed me. I had been given pain medicine off and on over the years but I never stayed on them, didn’t even think about it much but TEN years later I was going through some pretty hard times and for some reason or another it changed. I had to take some pain medicine, just like I had hundreds of times before but my emotional state wasn’t well and that’s when I became completely dependent on opiates. Before I knew it I was shooting as many 80’s and 30’s as I could which was a lot because I had a Dr giving me 180 80’s and 90 30’s every single month! I was extremely lucky to have gotten clean before all the pain clinics started getting shut down causing people to turn to heroin, dropping like flies. Anyway, my point was, it is absolutely possible and things can get better. I’m sorry for the loss of your son. I can only imagine how that feels. Best of luck to you 💞

@@grafikj1uj1tsu I agree. Not to mention the lawsuits. I call bs mixed in with exaggerated truths. I think what happens is marks channel is so popular and known, and people know that mark runs go fund me campaigns to help people, they try to garner sympathy in hopes of getting money. At the end of the day addicts are always looking for a way to manipulate and get money for their drugs. And then you add the desperation of being homeless on top. Not all addicts are that way but drugs that have withdrawal symptoms, create fear and desperation. I went through opiate addiction to pain killers, so I understand what happens. You fear the sickness. Fortunately ive never been homeless, always worked and didnt allow myself to spiral down the rabbit hole of addiction. I have my wife and children to thank for that. They always gave me a purpose, and I knew I had a huge responsibility, as does anyone with a family. But because I was once addicted, I understand the self centeredness and desperation. He is definitely intelligent, but he has chose to use it to make people feel sorry for him. Thats the manipulation in a nutshell. I knew Ryan for a very long time since the age of 12 and I don’t think there’s any hope for him because even at the age of 12 he was addicted to these grandiose story telling opportunities and garnishing attention for being a hard-core person he was raised by social media not by his parents and he lived a very privileged life in Boca Raton. We literally lived in a neighborhood with mansions on the beach he is the epitome of Neglectful parents who allow their sons to have unfettered access to the Internet he made everyone on the school bus uncomfortable by constantly talking about pornography and peoples Privates when everyone else was prepubescent. He ended up stealing money from me years later and he was not even an active addiction it was just his way of living. He hung out with people that all have the same mentality as him that’s why he was drawn to California he used to tell people even at the age of 12 that he wanted to go out surfing the biggest wave that’s how he wanted to die. Maybe his life has gone a little different than what he tells us? Troubled home, dropped out of school, selling and doing drugs, getting into trouble, multiple stabbings, probably plays music but for sure was never offered a deal, took up tattooing to make a living, had been on-and-off on the streets due to his addiction... Maybe that's more like it? The high school graduation could be true though because if you get locked up as a young person you can actually study there and finish school, as most do.
@heather85182 жыл бұрын
Yeah, he's supposedly fresh outta prison (which means out of practicing music), but he's just so good that he's getting a half a million $$ record deal? Plus all the other things that don't make sense about his story. His dad ruined them financially til this day, but then dude gets out of college & makes the company millions. His dad sold bootleg clothes, but then he redid contracts for the flooring business. Maybe the guy is just mixing up stories, but makes it hard to follow if that's the case.

Oh they get it. leaving it illegal so it can obliterate people's lives who can't buy their way out of trouble, and then put them into for profit private prisons IS THE ENTIRE POINT. To all who view this interview with compassion and see this man as a victim, you have plenty of support and confirmation of your views. The comments are overwhelmingly sympathetic. That being said, don't withdraw in horror when someone expresses a different view. This man had FORTY+ felonies by age 18. He's spent a massive part of his life locked up. He's fathered children that he didn't support. At what point do we expect an obviously-intelligent man to assume responsibility for his life and actions? WHY in God's name are people so quick to feel sorry for a person like this? It's an insult to all those who came from challenging backgrounds who did NOT abandon all responsibility and live the life of a drug-addled vagrant? Is there really ANYONE who viewed this actually believes a record company paid him HALF A MILLION DOLLARS for his music? "Oh bless him....such a sad story....so heartbreaking...your story has helped me....I pray for you....your story touched me...." How about being "touched" by victims of abuse and poverty and neglect who went on to success? This guy supposedly graduated from high school EARLY (yeah, right), and then went on to become SALUTATORIAN at his college. Where did the money come from? Does that sound like a guy who has been crapped on his entire life? Wake up people. Not every addict is a "sad" story.
