I think gold doesn’t work for you not because you are fair, but because you have a cool skin tone. Gold looks good on warm skin tones, regardless of how light the skin is. People with very deep skin can also have cool toned skin.

The shimmer sticks can be a bit tricky to use, but with my skin being so sensitive and prone to allergy outbreaks, these shimmer sticks had done wonders. By the way, I do stand by Fenty products since a classmate of mine mentioned that she uses this makeup during stage performances, but Fenty may be great in more humid than desert weather as I had to use a beauty blender to blend out some of the dry cakiness from the foundation on the surface of my skin.
