I wore my HBIC yesterday for the 2nd time and I finally have a routine that will limit the transfer. I set my lips with powder, then lined the lips with a matte lip of the same color (cranberry stilleto from Beauty Bakerie), then applied HBIC, then used setting spray and let it dry. Lasted all day!

You can make it less transferable by setting it with make up translucent powder, just be sure to use tissue to put over the lips and put powder on top and that should help!

To limit transfer you should not use the applicator from the tube. Use a lip brush and build the product. You have the same rich application with less product directly to the lips.

Get the HBIC color by using some brown lipliner … you only need the brightest red.
