The precision with which he drops in those taps and touch harmonics in the first passage (0:18 - 0:45) is just vicious. Angry!

I've only recently discovered Feodor. He has a great touch, interesting tonal approach, very clean technique, ridiculous left hand technique, good tones, and other than the fleeting Howe or Lee Firkins similarities, is very original. I'm gonna go buy everything he's released just to support him (I've already started).

Well, I am super late to this party but, talk about better late than never. Even though the styles are somewhat different, listening to Feodor's performance here reminds me of the first time I heard Michael Lee Firkins' Laughing Stacks via a "Sound Page" I got in one of the popular guitar magazines at the time (can't recall if it was Guitar World, Guitar for the Practicing Musician, or something else). This was in an age where turntables were actually still used for playing music. Anyhow BRAVO Mr. Dosumov! Even if I am 4yrs plus late.

he's been around . He's played with David Sanborn and Billy Cobham. He may be new to the youtube world, but he's already well known. You dont get to be that good in a few years. That type of playing requires life time commitment.
