For MM hunter it’s best to play with a Discipline priest or Ret pala.

About the same. You can switch to PvP weapon with Resilience gems to get more resil vs teams that go on you. Otherwise it's just aloot of practice because ferals have no defensive cooldowns so you have to play really well @@GuckDirAnTV
