ABOUT OSPREYS WINGS- His wings were removed only in the graphic novel!! In books his tail is paralysed instead and thus is unable to balance himself during flight. If I were to make guess why this change was made between books and graphic novels, his wings were removed to better visually illustrate as to why he's not able to fly. I'm directly quoting the books here as to why trying to flap his wings didn't work/didn't soften the landing. "He plummeted like a stone. Clay had never thought about how a dragon needs his tail for balance while flying. Osprey's wings were slow to extend, and when they did he lurched horribly, dragged down by useless weight of his tail." - "Osprey flapped his wings in one last burst of energy, but he couldn't right himself. He hit the sand at an awkward angle." Don't start fighting over this in comments please and ty xoxoxoxooxxoox

yeah i kinda hate the graphic novels just because of all the things they changed and took out. like the prologue in the Lost Heir in original books is about Webs being cornered by the Talons of Peace and then saved by Crocodile which foreshadows and sets the mood for the rest of the story but in the graphic novel its just Tsunami reading "The Missing Princess". Like... why?

In most other animation memes, when the character says "leave this house," they say it as a way of rejecting or harming the the main character. Here, I love how you made Osprey's expression concerned when he says it, and it looks like he's telling Peril to escape for her own good. Osprey is the best WoF dad and nobody could tell me otherwise.

Here’s a random wof theory of the day, Peril has worse eye sight than most sky wings Dragons describe perils scales as haveing smoke riseing from them right? But if she constantly has smoke riseing from her why wouldn’t the smoke ever get in her eyes? It’s been proven that peril doesn’t have any protective layer in her eyes like lots of lizards do. This was proven in the scene where clay threw some sand in her eyes during their arena battle. She was obviously reacting like anybody would if sand had gotten in their eyes. These all means that it is possible that the smoke from her scales did cause her eyesight to be a bit cloudy. This could be one of the reasons why she dosn’t recognise note down facial or body features whenever she meets anybody new, because she pretty much can’t see those features. But anyway it’s up to you What do you think? Edit: oh my I’ve never had this many likes-

Tbh I feel sorry for Osprey. He could've at least used his wings to parachute and slow his fall, even if he couldn't fly. I honestly think he was more of a parental figure to her than Scarlet was.

Mmmm yes Clearical wof horror content love it I love how the backgrounds are photo-realistic, the aesthetic of this video is so goodddd. The parts with Peril killing dragons is done so well, it feels especially dark and horrifying with the shakyness and the style. Animation is also super good for a video like this!! Okay This freaking hit me where it hurts I literally cried when osprey died in the books, peril’s only friend, it was heart breaking when she realized she couldn’t save him. Osprey seemed like a really kind-hearted old man, I really liked him for the five minutes he was on screen during the first book. My beloved Kidney-Breath… poor guy couldn’t fly and got freaking K.O.-ed by Scarlet- ALSO THIS IS SO GOOD. CLEAR YOUR ANIMATIONS ARE SO SMOOTH I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. @@Clearical I love it by the way. Things that make me feel slightly uncomfortable are more memorable to me. Not like if it’s legit dangerous, but I like suspense and such. I honestly don’t know how to explain what I like to feel, because it’s internal and a lot of internal things are hard to explain. This video is so good to me, that I’m honestly thinking about animating my own Pick a Flower meme. I hate dedicating time to animation, because I have one of the biggest animation blocks, and I’m never confident enough to even try serious animation (when I did try twice, it was way to stressful, although map parts do have deadlines). My own short animation would probably be better, because I could use all the time in the world. I really do want to animate like you and thousands of other artists. Have a lovely rest of your day.

Oh goodness, I felt bad quite a bit when Osprey died at the end. In both books he does get burned badly before he dies, if I can recall, but in this video, you added more emotion and a bit more of a feel to what Peril’s scales can do, Osprey denies Peril’s offer for help, because she would have burned him badly, adding insult to injury mainly because Peril would have to live with the guilt of burning Osprey because she couldn’t help him due to her firescales. But this makes it worse for Peril, because she knew she could have burned Scarlet before she even picked up Osprey, and she should have been more of a ‘no I insist’ type of dragon, and help Osprey, even if it meant his talons would be burned for life.

I'd say the biggest appeal is that his songs are relatively short (at least those published on his yt channel), under one minute and able to tell a story within this timeframe. That makes 'em a perfect fit to be used for short animated content such as memes. All of my dragons dont have ears lololol Compared to cats for example, ears are not that important part of the anatomy. You can't express much of an emotion with em unless you make em really big and. I do not like big ears on dragons lel So i leave em out (on accident) each time, unless I'm drawing someone elses design where I can see the ears on ref sheet and am forced to acknowledge ey exist :"D

I loved Osprey, I wish he could've escaped with Peril... That should be an AU!! Lol I'mma make that, ‼️DO NOT STEAL MY IDEA‼️Osprey was kind, especially to Peril, even though everyone else was afraid of her, or would have said no to being her friend. Osprey was her only friend growing up.
