Correct. The last one was lacking in decorum. No manners and right conduct reminiscent of a tambay at the corner of a store. The reason why foreign heads of state avoided him. I surmise that Maodigs resorted to cursing or inappropriate words because he could not offer any solution to the promises that he made during the campaign, and his cursing was a facade to hide his being a weak leader, plus, he could not walk his talk. His presidency was a bad part of our nation's history, albeit, he may have done some good things, however, the malfeasance that he had done to our country outweighs the good he made.
