Ferguson FF30 Diesel - Cold/Old Start!

This is a cold/old start of a 1953 Ferguson FF30, basically a TEA20 Diesel, its been sat for 3 months ish! Not a bad start for its age!

Your tractor was built in 1957 or 1958, the only years that the FF30 was built. I have one too and mine was incorrectly dated by the club as their records are wrong. The serial numbers are a different sequence than the British built TEFs.

I was told by the numbers on the castings that its a 53

@@Gupham There was never a uk TEA Diesel" In your description you state TEA"!!! The only thing close to that in the uk would be a TEA with a three cylinder perkins diesel fitted,!

And as for being a know it all i have seven Tef 20s in my collection over the years which we still have, so its NOT about knowing it all" Its just getting the wording correct,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+Dan Dan Ive had the vin numbers looked up. Its a 1953, re check your facts

+Gupham I'm sorry , but when standing on the nameplate FF30DS , it can only be from ´57 or ´58. BUT: If you can read TEF and St.Denis Made in France, it could be a ´53 - in that case it was painted in grey/red but it should be grey/grey.
