Anna, your videos are always fun to watch but this one was especially great; sharing time with Robert and having Malachi work on your truck reminded me of when my son would come to my rescue. I think it would be a great road trip to come out and get some of Anna's kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha! Blessings 💜🙏💜

Your pallet of glass bottles just blows my mind! I make a gallon of kombucha for me and the thought of making that many times more would be a lot of hard work. Kudos to you for all the work you are putting into your business. Right now my frig is full of kombuch, water kefir and milk kefir. I have to say that ferments have made a tremendous difference to my gut health.

Hi Anna! Congratulations on having your dream job come to fruition!! I look forward to one day soon being able order your jars of goodness online. Robert is a great partner providing support and assistance when needed. I enjoy when he shares what he is freeze drying & garden tours. Malachi is a treasure! Knowing how to take care of cars repairs is priceless! 😊

Last year I made elderberry tincture. I took a 1/2 teaspoon twice a day and I no longer need to take Celebrex for my Rheumatoid arthritis, when I bought my first bushes (after seeing them bloom I now know they grow in almost every ditch in my county) the nurseryman told me he takes that dose every day so he can do his daily pruning. It works!!!

That is so awesome, and I love seeing your passion! I totally get it. i know what changing the way I eat, and gut health has done in my life, which is why I am so passionate about sharing Food as medicine and easy prepping. Even with that said, we all have our gifts, and I know for the connivence if I had a locally source way to get good ferments, i would also purchase some things I am not as good at making. So i see how you are so successful at it! This is so great! I cannot wait until you are able to start marketing and shipping. I will be on that list! I really know people are ready to take their health into their own hands and we want to feel better! Since I have been focusing on healing with food My channel has blown up. I have been listening to what the people want. When I talk about gut health I do send people to you for ferment guidance. Yes, I know the basics, but A good knowledge I appreciate what you have to share. I had a little hiccup in my freeze dryer and just got a replacement. So i am looking forward to seeing how you use Your Cube with your ferments. I just purchased Carolyn's book from Homesteading Family and she has some good tips in it, I am happy to share with you too. Well i really wanted to tell you I am so excited about all your ferments, and i hope to try some myself One day! I am patient....

My goodness, you must have nerves of steel! Any project of that size would have sent me over the edge! 😂 I need one of those crocs, can you point me in the right direction? I’m just about ready to do my new project, I’m gonna call it kimchi and me. !😂 (On a tiny scale) On another topic, and actually off topic, my kefir grains are coming to the top each time. Is this bad? Good? Or something else? You really inspire me to do more, and do my best. I started out doing the L. Reutiri yogurt, then Kefir, now Kimchi. If I get healthy I’m blaming you!😂 What do you think, in your opinion, would be most beneficial for me to do after I conquer Kimchi? Any ideas I can toss around in my mind? I know I’ve ask a lot of questions, so I’ll stop now. I hope you sell out quickly on your Kimchi and any thing else you’re selling. God bless. ❤

Generally the healthier ones float and the older ones sink but both make kefir. When I’m skimming off extra grains as they grow I keep the floaters. I’m so happy you’re off on your fermentation journey! Whatever you are inspired to make next is the best thing to do, they all have their own benefits and combining them in your diet will give you the broadest benefit!

I’m so glad you like it! For the market off season I’m at the FMO at Farmers Park in Springfield most Saturdays (not october 12th or any heavy ice days) from 8-1, you can also schedule a pickup with me via email if Seymour is convenient for you. Also working on local store sales and shipping hopefully by the end of the year 😃

With the time it takes to clean them up and remove the label residue we’d lose money, we do take them back as returns though
