I hate to see this but this budo Jake does not roll like a black belt at all. Is he a legit black belt?

If you roll with a world champion or any at that level, you would look bad, a black belt does not make u equal skill against another black belt, it just means u have some competency to reach that level, or the Japanese would also say "you have learnt the basics your journey to learn more starts now."

You need to have in mind that this isn't a real fight situation, nor a competition, they are trying to showcase the art and for that to happen they need to roll somewhat lightly and risky and basically not defend the positions like their life depended on it.
