Hi Fernando, I usually only like your videos, but this time I would like to ask you a question about 3CX. I've also set up a 3CX system with a trunk number, and it's working fine. I can even use a digital receptionist, which is cool for a private person, but I can't handle direct extension numbers. When you have 2 users, how is it possible with 3CX to dial the trunk number + the user's extension? I'm struggling... Thanks if you know how it works.

Not sure if this is a solution you are talking about but there are some boxes that allow you to connect analog phones virtually making any phone into an internet VOIP phone. Grandstream has one that may work with 3cx.

If the Admin add users.... does each user can login to adjust the setting..... such as call forwading, rings, etc... or only the Admin can login...? I do not see how to create password on each user page after adding user...

There are two portals the web client portal and the admin portal, the admin portal you can create users and only give them the permissions you want. So its quite secure and roles are very flexible.

I'm currently using the enterprise version now, but I think just do an IVR and set the call to be forwarded to another number. But again this may be a question 3CX support may be able to help!

Yes this tutorial actually shows you how to do that as long as you host it with 3CX, but if you question is you host it yourself on the cloud that is also possible, I did with digital ocean. We had Amazon AWS before but it was too complex.

Hello thanks for watching, I unfortunately only set this up in the US. Maybe later we can do UAE, twillio should work as SIP Trunk provider but you would need 3cx self hosted plan.

No. It doesn't. 3CX is pretty much free for 1 year or up to 10 users. So to be clear, you're only paying for the phone number etc... on Skyetel. I myself am in the process of doing this. The only thing is 3CX is asking for a "main trunk number" and we didn't see that in the video. I'm wondering if I should buy a number first. Seems, @Fernando did it last. I'm kinda stuck on this.

Hello, yes you are to buy the number first, and then you will use that as your main trunk number on 3cx. Also be sure to add the country code, I had toruble the first time because i didn't add the +1 for US numbers. Hope this helps!

It's quite likely you have to top up the account and it'll deduct from that balance.

Yes you top up account first and then you can purchase number. I think they only allow you to top up $25 or $10 so you may have to top up a bit more than you may need to buy number.
