For 400 gs u get a small closet and poor choice for shower choices in fixtures speck measurements can be gleaned from architectural drawings, low cellings,not finished bsmt, closet looks so shallow, the houses are too close together, the hallway looks real narrow, for all that money you think they could so much better . I'd go back to the drawing board... and get all the structural stuff corrected ...if you build a home do it right from the get go...

all these beautiful homes have one big issue for me, all the toilets(potty Chairs) are so low, it would be the 1st thing I would change to the right height toilets, too bad they don't do that from the jump.

Is it me or the master bath didn't have a bath tub , they should have made the master bigger for a tub.I would make a movie room and bed and bath in the basement,and maybe a small gym. nice home
