Thank you for watching! Ooh nice, this is a great bag and I’m sure you’ll love it. ☺️ Since this is the brushed/patent leather, I just keep it clean by wiping it down with a micro fibre cloth. For professional cleans, I’ll send it to a bag spa ☺️

I have one of these-really nice bag,however the strap came undone once while I was out and bag fell to the floor

Oh no, that’s unfortunate. It’s such a nice bag😞 I haven’t had that problem yet, but the brushed leather Cassette seems quite stiff so my strap has been sturdy 🥹
