Buk Sing was my first Kung Fu style it is the easiest form of Choy Lee Fut to learn and one of the most effective form of Choy Lee Fut

It is the Buk Sing fighters that fought against the other systems such as Wing Chun, Praying Mantis, Hung Ga etc and have won. Heck, it is because of the Buk Sing, that Bruce Lee himself greatly admired the system.

Respect! People rarely get to see Kung Fu in full speed practical demonstration... This master is good enough to knock his opponent down legitimately - without actually hurting him (too much). I have a question. What is your opinon of the Choy (Ho) Lay Fut (Hung) Kung Fu San Soo - as taught by Jimmy H. Woo? To me that windmill block/strike looks very familiar.
