Exactly what I've been telling others. People shouldn't get their hopes up too high, Ferrari could easily just make the agreement terms to be "for F1 car only", without the road cars.

I remember ferrari hot wheels when I was really young, maybe 6 or 7 I had a silver f12 berlinetta but I never got to get anymore. It’s a good thing they’re coming back so all the new collectors can experience it too (and me 😅)

if ferrari comes out, no one can get them easily. The scalpers and resellers are gonna hoard them like $h!t by opening cases. You’ll still won’t be able to pay a dollar for each single new release ferrari. Also even if they come back, I kinda really stupidly expect they bring back some older models. Those are darn nostalgia

I mean, it's good that they're coming back because I basically just got back into hot wheels in general, and I have no Ferrari cars. But at the same time, there are more scalpers and resellers than *ever* in this community. And I feel that it would be good because the general public gets to enjoy their favorite Ferrari's in Hot wheels form again, but at the same time, it would be a field day for scalpers. But hey, they produce most cars in millions, so hopefully it wouldn't be too hard to find! I'm glad that they're back!

Ferrari coming back is awesome, but I think it will bring so many non-collectors for the purpose of whatnot. Hopefully it will bring the older Ferrari collectors come back. I still have about 200-300 Ferraris carded and Loose in my collection, so I'm excited

When Hot Wheels stopped making them i was picking them up when I saw them at the flea markets after I paid for them i told what was going on and they didn't even know about it,when they do come back everyone will be buying them all up.

I will believe it when there is a official announcement by either Hot Wheels or Ferrari. Hopefully Matchbox will also get the licence because both brands are own by Mattel and Matchbox make way more realistic and proportional castings than hw does.

Not related, but I find it really interesting that, after 17 years of absence, Hot Wheels finally makes a Maserati model, and they didn't go with something popular, like the MC20, but with something less known and more unique instead. I'm not complaining, though.

I’m very excited to see what the new line up will be. I’m a big fan of Hotwheels Ferraris. I think Burago did a good job in the 1/24 scale. I also collect Tarmac Ferraris too and can’t really beat those.

Sounds like you're more of a hotwheels fan than a Ferrari fan. Burago has made far better diecast and at reasonable prices. Also with full function cars than hotwheels ever produced.

Basically a company that does its utmost to exert its will over their own customers. Hot Wheels customers who start customizing their Ferrari’s will start getting cease and desist letters in the mail from Ferrari

Scalpers and resellers can only exist because the product is highly collectible. There are some things that can help alleviate issues, more direct to consumer channels, no-return policy sales of online-specific packs that can't be returned to stores with the good stuff removed... but to actually get rid of scalpers/resellers, they'd have to change the product/distribution to the point that would totally destroy the collectible aspect of the product, which is THE ONLY REASON the brand is as popular as it is today. As soon as they do that, over-production, constant re-releases, etc... long-term values of the cars will fall, the number of people that will even want to buy ANY OF IT knowing that they'll constantly lose and should have just waited and waited to buy it deep clearanced for pennies.... those far lower sales will force Hot Wheels into cheaping out, no new castings, no new licenses, loss of existing licenses, etc, causing the majority of collectors to leave the hobby and move to other brands... and guess what, then the scalpers will literally follow you right to the next thing, to that next collectible product with rarity and long-term value. The simple reality is, the fact that scalpers are rampant in your collector hobby, is the reverse side of the core aspects that cause your collection to have the vast majority of it's value, and your confidence in even getting into it in the first place. You WANT to catch em all, BECAUSE it's HARD to catch em all. It's like if we invented ai robot soccer balls and forced them on all leagues, and when you just looked at em and they instantly went into the goal and could dodge any attempt of being blocked. The sport would instantly be over with. It would be faster, more efficient, really impressive feat of engineering, and you could do all sorts of crazy choreographed things with the ball(s), but no one would care because there is no sport anymore.

It's cool to see them come back, I like some of the Ferrari's Giotto Bizzarri designed, Enzo had very little to do with a lot of the very famous Ferrari's. I however have a lot of distain towards the brand Ferrari and their dodgy dealings, suing customers over nothing, charging insane amounts to paint their logo on a car you paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for, and lying about how "limited" their cars really are. It's been found that there are far more than 200 Enzo's about and lots of other "limited edition" Ferrari's have far more numbers than they tell you.

Quite Biased! Bburago have produced near to perfect Ferrari models specially the premium 1/43 & 1/24 Scale models. 1/64 Scales far better & heavier than the hot wheels cheap metal models. Being Hot Wheels lover is ok but you shouldn’t get miser in appreciating Bburago’s quality Ferrari Scaled models
