This is literally me every time because of my perfectionist tendencies. I get the cake physics, microbiology and chemistry down pat, I just can't decorate fast enough before ganache sets so I always have sprinkles, pipping tips, extra icing, luster dust, etc. around to cover up unevenness! I have literally drawn pictures on cakes by using cacao nibs, or doing things like they are with the spatula. It works. You just need some creative vision as it's still gonna taste amazing. There is no 'wrong' in art.

I just want to Thank You for all the designs, the flavors, and step by step on how to get it together. The one big mega cake thats a hit with family friends is the peanut butter chocolate with the Sandi cookie center. For the holiday is the candy cane . They love them all but those two get request a lot. You ROCK YO!!! I love how you show the step by step. I'm still trying the ganche and sauces. Different designs and the butter cream. A suggestion: each person makes their own creation side by side instead of only having one creation together. They get to work through their mistakes. It also takes a lot of the pressure off, doing their own thing. You can even look at somebody else's creation if you get lost.
