Ferreting A Steep Banking - 18 Rabbits In 2 Hours

Good start to the day, rabbits were flying out. Definitely not the best ground for the dogs to be working on, but they helped with not letting the rabbits roll down the hill and also catching, and that slipped the net. Unfortunately, our day was cut short, but we still managed to come away with 18 rabbits in two hours.

What is the word you call out to the dogs to leave the rabbit once you have it……is it “DEAD” or are you calling the dogs name. Between the dogs,ferrets and yourselves it’s a great working team.
