Great informational video! I had no knowledge of this sport, I've never seen or heard of it here in the US. I had a friend in school that had ferrets but they were merely pets. Thanks for the education! 🍀

Really well explained, Michael is an excellent spokesman for ferreting and for rabbits as a sustainable food resource. Thanks for uploading.

This is pretty cool. Check out Joseph Carter the Mink Man. He trains mink to do pest control on rats, muskrats, etc. Very cool

I love them ... used to have them as a lad and go ferreting and had a real campion hob called Smoky. Unfortunately as an adult I seemed to have developed an allergy to the smell and it gives me a terrible headache. A shame as we did try to rehome a pair and they even got on with our German Shepherd.

No way, I've never heard of that. I have eczema, so allergic to loads of animals, but these are hypoallegernic. Real shame for you mate!

I know I was so upset about it ... The kids loved them. I did consider setting them up in a proper insulated and warm shed but it would be me having to deal with cleaning and feeding most the time and it's not cool to end up with a near migraine. Had to pass on the idea. Hoping to go out with my friend ferreting later in the year so I can get my fix....lol
