Legend!!! This helped me fix my boiler! My screen was flipping between the temperature and d1 code suddenly and it just would not heat up the water. It was stuck like that for a day until I tried this as a last resort since tech service told me to wait up to 3 days for a technician to arrive.

Hello can you hlep me pleas with my Ferroli bluehelix alpha 24c ? Do you know what the error f78 means ? I cannot find it anywhere 😢 , the boiler start , working good and at the moment that error apair , the flame is still on and working normally, so is just the error witch apair.. and other times i have another issue, boiler want to start but the flame not going on , is doing this for a fews times , every time apair d3 and if is not starting after dose times apair A01 , i have gas on my "bottle" my boiler is wirking on LPG , after some knocks with a key in the pipes he finaly start and working normal , but that f 78 apair again... i will post soon a video to my channel to show you the symptoms... Thanks in advance.

I have a problem.My ferroli bluehix work always,just when go to :::d1:::: stops for a few secound and start agein.

D1 is normally delay after the hot water tap has been used which is normal. If it's happening whilst u are using the tap then it could be debris in the flow meter and will need cleaning first
