Thankyou for sharing this journey with so many people, being so honest and showing the hard bits. The support Paris gives you is so special and so necessary, but it is educating people - nobody talks about the process really. Everyone expects to conceive easily yet so many find themselves in the position to need a bit of help. These videos will go so far by equipping people with the initial knowledge so they don't go in completely blind. Thankyou - I know putting such a private thing online is a huge step for you, but it's so commendable. I wish you all the luck for your journey, however it pans out

You have to be so strong to go through what you’re doing. I hope and pray you have a positive result. You’re such a wonderful mom, you deserve to bring another baby into the world. Have you stopped eating sugar entirely? Eating low carb, no sugar really helped my friend when she was going through the same process.

I agree. I went through a whole cleanse with my naturopath and focusing on lots of good fats and nutrients and good proteins for your system to have everything necessary

@@dragamboazulinqiacupuntura122 Don’t you feel 100% better eating protein and good fats? Nobody needs sugar and bad carbs with zero nutrition. It has totally changed the way I look at food. Food is fuel for my body. I’m 61 and in the best shape of my life. Happy Holidays!

Starting my own journey in a couple of weeks. Had the bad news last week, that we couldn't get pregnant naturetly. Because of some fertility issues with my boyfriend. Hoping we can get pregnant in 2024 with our first child

Choline is necessary for preconception, this comes from egg yolks, not egg whites and you should have at least 4 per day. Hopefully you misspoke when you said egg whites. Keep heart Claire, God gives us what we can handle. You are a strong brave woman that has the best support system . You got this!❤

As far as I’m aware the egg whites were for the dairy and protein needed. I don’t eat dairy (very very little) so I needed the protein somehow. The choline could be taken as a supplement. This is what I was aware of anyway but it was so much info and research. I was learning more each week. This is why I really want everyone to comment and share tips and experiences. There will be so much I don’t know. Hopefully other women can share info and help others.

My heart breaks for the Palestinian women who had 580 injections for ivf to have her baby who’s life was then taken by this genocide. All women going through fertility issues should feel empathy for the 50 thousand pregnant women currently with no hospitals or help in Palestine
