Sir endometioma bhi treat ho sakta hai kya with medicines ??? I have endometrioma on the right side, and the left ovary is healthy … my CA-125 is 31.9 now plz guide me something . Gyne is saying for the surgery but m not ready for that now. I was under dienogest for 3 months but the size of endometrioma is of the same size sir.
