From what the man is saying, it seems he has suppliers and they supply the fertiliser and he takes them from the port. It’s costing millions of dollars. I think there should be a way where fertiliser can be manufactured in the country, that will bring the cost down and make it affordable for farmers and that should bring down the food price.
